Job Description
Carry out vehicle inspections
Troubleshooting, fault finding and diagnostics
Regular and preventative maintenance services
Road test vehicles
Interpret spare parts and repair requirements
Be confident and able to work autonomously
Work cooperatively with other mechanics
Be able to engage customers when required
Complete basic paper work and job cards
Requirements
Trade qualified automotive mechanic
High level of experience in fault finding & diagnostics
Experience with European vehicles
Current unrestricted driver's license
Permanent residency required
Proficient English is mandatory
Will consider highly qualified and experienced temporary residents and visitors for short term contract work.
Preferred
Additional licenses and certification (e.g. Roadworthy, Air Conditioning)
High level of experience with European vehicles
Motorbike and Motor scooter mechanic experience
Computer aided diagnoses experience
Automotive Electrical experience
Availability on weekends or Saturday
Located in the heart of Sydney Eastern Suburbs you will report to the workshop manager and be required to complete a full range of mechanical repairs on all makes and models.
